This is wonderful dish I made for my boys,some of their aunties,uncles,cousins and myself yesterday. After all yesterday was Cinco de Mayo.It was found on Pinterest..where I get a lot of my recipes from lately.
This is easy and fairly quick to make even though I doubled the recipe. There were some left-overs that the boys and I will enjoy today.
